Who We Are
Cecilia Blancas, Owner and Lead Care Provider
With over 16 years of experience nurturing and educating young children, Cecilia, or Ce-Ci to the littles, brings both passion and expertise to Little Dreams. She began her journey in childcare in 2009, serving as a trusted provider in local daycare centers for 8 years before opening her own in-home daycare in 2017. Since then, she has lovingly cared for more than 1,000 children, guiding them through their earliest years with patience, creativity, and compassion. As the owner of Little Dreams, Cecelia is committed to creating a safe, warm and loving space where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.
